Shengzhou Light Industry Plastic Chemical Factory was officially founded in October 1982,boasting over 40 years of experience in the R&D and production of PVC plastic additives. Since its establishment in the 1980s,the factory has built a solid foundation for long-term stable operation through continuous technical accumulation and standardized plant management. After decades of technological upgrades,it has grown into one of the key local manufacturers in East China integrating the production of metal stearates and customized processing of one-pack PVC composite stabilizers.
Our core business focuses on the research,development and customized production of a full range of PVC processing additives. We supply metal stearates to plastic processors across the globe,including calcium stearate,barium stearate,magnesium stearate and zinc stearate. Two mature production technologies,dry process and wet process,are available to match the formulation requirements of various customers for transparent PVC sheets,high-filler pipes,extruded profiles and other products.
Our flagship product lines consist of dust-free one-pack lead-based composite stabilizers and calcium-zinc composite stabilizers,specially formulated for UPVC water supply pipes,double-wall corrugated pipes,pipe fittings,PVC tiles,door and window profiles,PVC cable compounds,plastic shoe soles and other finished goods.
We also maintain a complete supply chain for various auxiliary PVC chemicals. For customers with diversified purchasing demands,we can provide one-stop PVC chemical solutions covering processing aids,impact modifiers,antioxidants,flame retardants,UV absorbers and other full-category additives.

We are a professional light industrial plastic chemical manufacturer with more than 40 years of production and R&D experience in the plastic additives industry. The factory is mainly engaged in the production and supply of PVC lead salt composite thermal stabilizers and water-process stearate series products. With decades of technical precipitation and mature production craftsmanship, our chemical additives are widely applicable to PVC roof tiles, PVC pipes, profiles, boards, films and various plastic modified products.
Our lead salt stabilizers feature outstanding high-temperature resistance, strong thermal stability and long-term anti-aging performance, which are highly suitable for tropical, high-temperature and strong ultraviolet regions such as India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The water-process stearates produced by our water-based synthesis technology have purer texture, better dispersion and higher safety performance.
Adhering to strict production management and standardized quality control systems, we implement full-process quality inspection for every production batch. All raw materials are screened before production, and each finished batch will pass complete physical and chemical performance tests before delivery. We strictly control thermal stability, lubricity, dispersion, moisture content and other core indicators to ensure stable quality, high consistency and excellent weather resistance of every shipment.
